Kieran Hebden, arguably the hardest working man in dance, is back again, giving us some serious early Underworld vibes on his new single. 'Daydream Repeat' kicks off in a moody, borderline aggressive way, almost like the sound of metal on metal, making you think you're in for something designed for the deepest, darkest parts of the dancefloor. But, about a minute in and without warning, a heavenly piano riff appears like a shard of light piercing through a storm cloud, and the track completely transforms into one of the most uplifting, glorious pieces of music I've heard in ages. Perfection.
