If you haven't yet entered the beautifully twisted universe of Spellling, I highly recommend that you give it a go. I don't get to say this very often, but she is an artist who defies classification. Her tracks are a melting pot of different styles and all genuinely sensory experiences. Imagine Kate Bush on space cakes. 'Little Deer' is probably the most accessible song she has released, kicking off with an intro not a million miles away from the theme tune to 'Tales of the Unexpected' before launching into a gorgeous slice of retro soul. It's a thing of beauty.
