Dua Lipa - Illusion

Dua Lipa tracks like 'Physical' and 'Levitating' are modern Pop classics, but I am struggling with her recent singles. Bar 'Houdini', mostly thanks to Kevin Parker and some fabulous (official and unofficial) reworks from Danny L Harle and Initial Talk, for me, her new music lacks her usual killer punch and feels a little lazy. This latest single, 'Illusion', sounds like any number of Freemasons remixes from the mid-noughties. There's an avalanche of fantastic undiscovered artists out there waiting to take her place, and they are releasing some incredible, original songs that blow this one clean out of the water.
