New Year, New Miley. At least that's what the billboards she's put up in cities across America over the last week say. If that's the case, I would like to request the old one back because 'Flowers' is not her finest moment. I remember how my body physically reacted the first time I listened to 'Midnight Sky' or 'Nothing Breaks Like A Heart.' Actual chills from head to toe. But this is just... nice. Beautifully produced, and she sounds great, as always. But it's missing that something extra that has made her untouchable for me for the past few years.
