Playing catch up here, as I've had some family stuff to deal with, so you'll have to excuse the odd review from things that have been knocking about for a few weeks. SAULT are on fire. Releasing three critically acclaimed albums in twelve months while somehow managing to keep your identity a secret is an exceptional achievement. 'London Gangs', the lead track from the most recent, gives me almost exactly the same head to toe tingles that I got the first time I heard 'Black Steel' by Tricky. It's raw, dark, and full of unrelenting energy. It's absolutely fucking perfect.
