If there is one thing I have come to expect from Grum, it's a certain level of polish in everything he does. Structure and precision are essential, and this new 'Isolation EP' has that in spades. But it's also something very different for him. There's not a kickdrum to be found in any of the four tracks here. It's almost ambient. I say 'almost' because it's still full of those neat little Progressive House touches that he loves, and you could easily chuck a beat behind each of them and end up with some pretty tasty club tunes. Quality stuff.
