Due to my neurodivergence, I get very easily distracted. So, I tend to wear a pair of noise-cancelling headphones to listen to new music. It's the only way to trick my brain into connecting with the material. Usually, it's a pretty standard interaction. However, after hitting play on Yodashe's superb track, 'Visualization', it felt like a fireworks display was going off in my head. The production here is fucking mindblowing. Twisted vocals and synths layered into intense levels of perfection. When the beat finally drops, driving the tune forward, it reminds me of early Aphex Twin tunes like 'Quoth'. Awesome.
