Yard Act - We Make Hits

Yard Act's 'The Trench Coat Museum' slammed its way into my Top Ten tracks last year, and they clearly have no intention of slowing down because they have got 2024 off to a cracking start with 'We Make Hits'. They've had my attention since 'Fixer Upper', but the difference between then and now is insane. The dictionary definition of a glow-up. They already had enough swagger to power the National Grid, but it's off the charts on this single. Every element here has been elevated, especially the production, and it has a chorus that'll blow your bits clean off. Phenomenal.
