I grew up near the St Pauls area of Bristol, and my brain is packed full of memories of attending Carnival every year and dancing my ass off to the steel bands. I've only got to hear a snippet of that sound, and I am in heaven. There are a few whispers of it in TSHA's new track 'Power' that make me weak at the knees. Actually, it's not just them. The entire tune is thrilling from start to finish. Insanely hot production, beautiful use of the Direct Drive sample, and a beat designed to move your soul. Stunning.
