I actually had to check if The Linda Lindas were an actual group and not something formed as a tribute to Knives Chau from Scott Pilgrim vs The World. They aren't that, obviously. They are so much more. First off, their average age is thirteen and a half (the drummer is only eleven years old). Secondly, they are a totally uncompromising all-female punk band in an industry that traditionally favours guitar acts who have penises. Despite that, they are releasing music so fucking good that they pretty much blow every pop-punk outfit you can think of out of the water.
