The Faux Faux - Cold Hearted Woman

Straight to the point here, 'Cold Hearted Woman' is a fucking cracking tune. But that's not really that big of a surprise when you find out that The Faux Faux is none other than Faith Vern from the excellent Manchester Punk band PINS (I was obsessed with their collaboration with Iggy Pop for months). The levels of swagger and confidence here are off the charts, with almost sinister vocals hitting every button for me. It's beyond moreish, too. Imagine a deep, grinding, guitar-heavy Siren song that's impossible to resist, and you're most of the way there. This is perfection.
