2020's 'Paraphernalia' by Temples was my Track of the Year. So it's great to finally get some new material from them after what seems like an eternity. 'Gamma Rays' is a predictably awesome song that picks up exactly where they left off. All swooping psychedelic guitars, drums and keyboard riffs that'll sweep you away the moment it kicks off. This is their second single in eighteen months, and I hope it's the start of a more regular flow of music from them because only a few other bands are as exciting to me as they are right now. Brilliant stuff.
