A few weeks ago, a remix of this song left me heartbroken. Actually, that's a lie. It made me angry. Things are looking up, though, because there's another version of 'Overload' released into the world, which is a considerable improvement. Majestic, responsible for that Boney M dance number all over TikTok and just about everywhere else, has turned in a pretty decent UK Garage style mix. It gets a little too bouncy for my tastes occasionally, but I am probably splitting hairs as I will always be biased towards the original, one of the best debut singles of all time.
