I know it's January, and this is arguably a Christmas song. But as I've taken a wee break from the blog due to life-related stuff, I would be remiss if I did not write words for this because it's glorious. The original movie version of 'I'm Just Ken' only works if you've seen the film. It's nonsense otherwise. But Mark Ronson sprinkled his Phil Spector-esque magic dust over it, and the result is way better than it has any right to be. It feels much more complete, emotional, and like a proper punch to the guts in places. Thanks, Barbie.
