Almost done with the catch-up stuff, but this is something that I couldn't let slip through the cracks. The original Oliver Sim version of 'Romance With A Memory' was already pretty fucking stellar, but, as is usually the way whenever he is involved, Midland's meticulous attention to detail has transformed it into an absolute beast of a club track. It's funky as fuck. But in the most elegant way possible. I have no idea how he pulls this off every time, but he does. It's getting love from just about anyone you can think of who matters, and rightly so.
