I have zero time for snobs when it comes to pop music. I would take 'Call Me Maybe' over 'Bohemian Rhapsody' any day of the year. Give me a strong vocal hook that sounds like it would go well with a hit of poppers and you've got my undivided attention. I've always liked Nina Nesbitt's voice, and this is a fantastic song about a break up (but aren't the best ones usually about that?). It's got some great lyrics, the tune behind it is brilliant, and it stops and starts in all the right places, What more could anyone want?
