If you don't already know who Millie Turner is, where have you been? It's been a good eighteen months since one of the best singles of the last ten years 'The Shadow' was released, with some similarly cracking tunes following on after that. 'Eye of the Storm' shows no dip in quality. It's extraordinarily potent pop music with a huge chorus. There's a natural clarity to her songwriting and performance that a lot of people struggle for ages to perfect. Add to that, she's an incredible artist to boot and is bringing back single tone eyeshadow. What's not to love?
