Now, THIS is more like it! After the OK-ish disappointment of 'Flowers', Miley is back, back, back with 'River'. The song is your standard Power Pop moment, albeit with a particularly dirty subtext (I think). But what really makes this stand out for me is the whacking great acid line that underpins the entire track. It's utter filth and a neat touch you don't often hear in songs like this. The mid-nineties club kid in me urgently needs a Hardfloor rework of this. However, to be fair, any remixes would do as long as they stick with that acid line!
