If you read my stuff, it might sound like I've got a bit of a downer of anyone who hasn't been clubbing for at least thirty years putting out House tracks. That isn't why I've been so tough on the likes of Drake and Beyoncé. It's because they are half-arsed attempts. That is definitely not the case with 'Her' from Megan Thee Stallion. It 100% gets the vibe it's going for and lands every single punch. It doesn't put a foot wrong. Dark and dirty beats, a killer bassline, with a powerful rap over the top. What's not to love?
