Lucy Hayes - Adder Stone

The always excellent Emma Jean Thackray said of this new song from Lucy Hayes, "If Kate Bush was Gen Z and had a cracked copy of Abelton", and while I wouldn't go this far, this is a fantastic single. At the start, you think it will be a standard Pop number. The vocals are great, and the production is top-notch. But the further you get through, the more quirks appear until, at about the two-minute mark, all hell breaks loose, complete with off-key wedding bells, and it all makes me fall in love with it that little bit more.
