Terms such as 'mindfulness' and 'wellbeing' have become much more commonplace in society recently. This is totally awesome, obviously. Everyone should take the necessary steps to look after their own mental health. We all have a wonky moment now and then. It's nothing to be ashamed about. I have dealt with stress and worry by using ambient house and electronica to meditate since the early nineties. Spending ten or fifteen minutes relaxing with my eyes closed, in a darkened room, with something like this gorgeous new single from Lone quietly in the background, does the trick for me every time.
