Once a month, in a pub in Brighton, something called 'Sunday Almanac' happens. It's run by two friends of mine and has been going strong for almost a decade. I've DJ'ed there several times and enjoyed it as a customer countless more. They always have a New Year's Eve shindig, and I discovered this gem of a 'The Beach Boys meet The Pointer Sisters Down at your local Disco' moment a few hours before they kicked off and sent it over. They played it at the stroke of midnight, naturally, and the landlords are still trying to locate the roof.
