Horse Meat Disco - Jump Into The Light (Aeroplane Remix)

A superb release with three undeniable heavyweights here. Horse Meat Disco, providers of queer disco excellence since 2003, Kathy Sledge from, well, you know, and remixers extraordinaire, Aeroplane. The combination of all three is dynamite. Being upfront, I do like the original HMD production, but it's something I've heard many times before. The remix is fantastic, though. It's so clean and all the better for it. Stripped right back to the bare essentials, it showcases the vocal in a better way while still being groovy as fuck with the simplified bassline and the bare minimum of stabs over the top.
