When it comes to FLO's 'Cardboard Box', obsessed isn't a strong enough word to describe how I feel about it. I have probably listened to it upwards of a hundred times over the last couple of weeks. Produced by MNEK, it's a smooth, perfectly formed slice of 90s girl group R&B that could have come directly from that golden age of pop music. Think SWV, early Destiny's Child, or even TLC. Heading out of the door with a debut single this good is a definite statement of intent, and I can't wait to see what they have coming up next.
