Eloise - Hungover

Neo-Soul, Alternative R&B, Alt-Soul, you can call it whatever you want, but if the track and the vocal aren't there, all the labelling in the world doesn't mean anything. Eloise's exquisite 'Hungover' is a prime example of when the stars align correctly, resulting in something perfect. It's a beautifully written song, for starters, and her voice is just phenomenal. Crystal clear, with insane amounts of warmth to it. The production is crammed full of rich harmonies and many other neat little tricks that add depth, but it's still all as clean as a whistle. It's witchcraft, really. This is perfection.
