DJ Sabrina The Teenage DJ, creates sumptuous, sprawling electronic soundscapes by sampling and layering. I suppose you call her a 'Disco Womble', which fucking rocks. But 'Deep Down' is even more special, making me audibly scream just before the five-minute mark. She's dug up a piano riff from arguably my favourite House tune of all time, 'Crayzy Man' by Blast and woven it into the track. It's only there for a heartbeat, but it's brought such an intense rush of joy to my week. The other twelve minutes of this are equally epic, but that's the cherry on the cake.
