Confidence Man - Holiday (Tame Impala Remix)

I wrote some words about Confidence Man's storming single 'Holiday' back in November last year. Given that it only hit radio playlists over the summer, that might have been a wee bit premature. But that's me all over. Ahead of the curve in every way. As part of their recent 'Re-Tilt' remix project, they've handed the track to Tame Impala, who has done a characteristically spaced-out rework, but with a solid house beat behind it. Nothing can match the kitsch grandeur of the original version. (the Top Gun style intro is worth the admission price alone), but this is grand.
