Catz 'n Dogz - It's Ok

The only exposure I've had to Catz 'N Dogz is via a shit ton of techno remixes. Proper club fare. So this downbeat slice came as a complete surprise to me. Deceptively simple, and sounding like the recording took place in the middle of a cloud, this is one of my favourite tracks of the year. Using a simple guitar riff and some whistling, It's the sort of song that back in the 90s, when MTV was actually showing music videos, would have been on heavy rotation until it hit #1 in most of Europe. The definition of an earworm.
