To me, Blue Amazon will always and forever be associated with those fifteen-minute long progressive tracks from the mid-90s. Sprawling layered epics that took about a month to build their peak before dropping a breakdown the size of the moon on you and then spending even more time on the decline back into nothingness. So colour me more than a little surprised that they have officially released this incredible, deep Disco rework of 'Shellvox' by the wonderfully named Strange Malcolm. It's a phenomenal remix. Think St Tropez poolside House Music with a big fat bassline. Gorgeous from start to finish.
