Now here's something you don't see every day. 'Bagels', the next single from BENEE, was scientifically designed and built alongside leading neuroscientists from the Auckland University of Technology using musical elements that relax the nervous system, modify brain activity and ease feelings of anxiousness. To the point where it's been awarded the title of 'The Most Relaxing Song in the World'. That's pretty cool, obviously. But it's also a hauntingly beautiful slice of deep, comforting Electronica that you'll absolutely adore. All proceeds from the track go to Youthline, a New Zealand mental health charity.
