Most of the Arlo Parks tracks I've heard so far were a bit one-note for me. Not that I am complaining, because I love her sound and think she is phenomenally talented, but you've got to be careful that you're not recycling too many ideas this early into a pop career. 'Too Good' tweaks the formula slightly, keeping it uniquely her but at the same time making the track feel like a ray of sunshine in her downtempo world. There's a 90s US R&B vibe to the whole thing that really works, and it's great hearing this side of her.
