Time to dust off your mirrorball because Alison Goldfrapp has hit the bullseye with 'So Hard So Hot'. I hoped we would get music as good as this when she announced her solo project. It's got one foot planted squarely in the middle of the dancefloor, is confident, effortless and, most importantly, shimmers like a motherfucker from start to finish. Here's hoping there will be a stellar set of remixes soon. If they materialise, this could keep on going throughout the summer.
