YELLE - Noir

Modern French pop stars are usually pretty great. They are more open to experimenting with electronica and the Avant-Garde in a way that you don't often see in other countries around the world. Yelle easily falls into that category. She has put out some brilliant singles over the last twelve months, but I am on the fence when it comes to 'Noir'. Don't get me wrong, it's classy as hell and a total earworm. But I feel like I've heard it all before. The whole package is very 'Music' era Madonna, but that's not that bad a thing, I suppose.
