What an absolute belter of a track. It's basically just a build, but what a fucking build. It reminds me of those peerless Andrew Weatherall productions at the beginning of the 1990s. Screamadelica and the like. Ramshackle and totally organic sounding, but somehow polished at the same time. By the end of the song, I was flying around the room like a tornado, relentlessly flinging my arms about and smiling my face off. I was back on the sweaty dancefloors of the Indie clubs I used to visit in my younger days. This is pure hedonism from start to finish.
