Little Simz is back with a killer album called 'Drop 7', and I could have chosen any of the tracks on it to throw some words at, to be fair. It's that fucking good. I've gone with 'Mood Swings' because, as well as being a total bop, it perfectly illustrates how she is getting more confident with every new project she releases. There has always been an element of urgency to her sound, and that's still there, but she's never sounded freer than she does here. She's 100% at the top of her game right now, and this is perfection.
